From one of our recent renters (I am always so glad to hear that people appreciate our little camp as much as we do!) Hi Catherine, We’ve been wanting to reach out to say THANKS SO MUCH for the wonderful gift of letting us share your slice of heaven. It exceeded my expectations beyond belief, even though we had checked it out last fall. The weather was perfect, there was a steady breeze every day during an incredibly humid heat wave. The kitchen was well appointed, camp is cozy and comfortable, we loved the games and used Roberts awesome dictionary to resolve disputes over spelling. I swam daily and greatly enjoyed the seagull scrabbles to win the top of the rock, along with lots of other bird action. Took a nice mountain bike ride, had some friends up from Wilson Mills for lunch one day. We appreciated the personal touches of memorabilia in the camp, brought back fond memories of my own experiences growing up on a lake. So many precious memories. We found ourselves calculating how we might manage to book two weeks next year and still do a trip the cape. Will definitely rebook for at least a week if not two.
