From one of ours- Justin Friedman at Stub Hub We just opened up a new position in my department. The opening will not report directly to me, but to our overnight supervisor. Even so I would be happy to speak with anyone that has any questions about the position. It is a 3rd shift position, which isn’t right for some people, but there is a 15% shift differential that goes with the position. Job Responsibilities: • Contacting customers in an effort to verify activity and mitigate loss. Responsible for working fraud queues, emails and service requests, as well as other fraud processing items on a daily basis. • Effectively identify problems and issues by performing relevant research using the appropriate tools. • Analyze account history and trends to take appropriate action on accounts. • Communicate effectively and concisely with all applicable parties in pursuit of resolution of cases in written form (when required) without spelling or grammatical errors and verbally interacting (when required) on a professional, mature level even in adverse situations. • Review StubHub customer accounts to determine the legitimacy of the account and account holder, and any associated risk. • Continually monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management of information gleaned from that activity. • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and updates; including policies, upgrades, and potential queue changes. • Perform related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: • 2 years of experience required in one or more of the following areas: Customer Support, Fraud Investigation, Card Issuing and or merchant acquiring Credit Card, Transaction Processing, GL Reconciliation, Account Processing, Chargeback Processing, Debit Card Reconciliation, Chargeback Processing, Debit Card, ACH. • E-commerce experience preferred • Customer communication experience (E-mail & Phone). • Experience using Microsoft Office products including: Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Visio, and PowerPoint. • Ability to complete thorough and timely research. • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability of leadership, organization, and time management skills. • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through. • Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure • Must be a team player willing to support and accept the total quality processes and systems • Unwavering attention to detail • Ability to keep information confidential • Ability to communicate effectively via email transmission by utilizing proper grammar and punctuation skills • Ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with co-workers and peers • High school diploma or educational equivalent, required. Undergraduate degree preferred. Additional language skills preferred. Basic Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in the following areas: Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Account Monitoring, Chargeback Processing. • High school diploma or educational equivalent, required. Undergraduate degree preferred.
