From our sister paper Hill Country News: Austin Police have confirmed to media that the search underway in SE Austin is related to the case of missing 2-year-old Colton Brandt Turner. Police arrived to the scene near Felton Lane in SE Austin early this morning, and are continuing to investigate. The Austin Police Department received credible information in reference to a missing persons case involving the missing child from Cedar Park. This is a multi- jurisdictional investigation and our Missing Persons Unit along with other units are actively working at collecting evidence in SE Austin near Burleson Rd./Felter Ln. When appropriate additional information will be provided, but at this time its a fluid investigation so we are asking for your patience. - APD spokesperson Anna Sabana.
