From the Broome County website: Casino Park opened about 1894 in Endicott as a private park on lands owned by some of the owners of the Binghamton Railway Co. The facility was later purchased by Endicott-Johnson and converted to a public park. Called both Ideal and En-Joie Park, it had a racetrack, sports facilities and later, after the casino burned in 1948, a recreation building with a roller skating rink. The park was closed and sold in 1968. Portions are now part of Union Endicott and the Route 206 Bridge.
