Austin won with a jump of 5 feet, 10 inches in the high jump and took the 300 hurdles in a time of 41.87 seconds. Preston Rhodes won the pole vault at 12-7, a foot higher than the second-place finisher and Daniel Buck took the triple jump with a mark of 41-5. Anna Gardom won the girls 200 (27.71) and 400 (1:01.87) for Timberlake, which finished fourth. Zillah won the boys and girls team titles.
