From the Centre for the Cooperation in the Mediterranean we would like to invite you to participate in the 6th Edition of our Annual Youth Photo Contest. This year’s theme, related to Youth Engagement in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement -Engaged Youth for Stronger National Societies- wants to bring participants to reflect on the force and engagement of Youth in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, with a specific focus on the three possible scenarios of active youth participation which are: Youth as Leaders, Youth as Volunteers and Youth as Beneficiaries. The Photo Contest is aimed at promoting the idea of Youth as Agents of positive change with regards to the above mentioned scenarios, and to foster as well as to enhance relations and the exchange of best practices between countries and cultures. We encourage participants to take their camera to observe and witness the positive effect of youth and volunteering action in our Mediterranean surroundings. All participants can send up to three photos until the 14th of April. Please find the application form and contest rules attached. The winner of the Contest will be able to participate in the Youth Camp Atlantis X to be held in Jesolo (Itay), from the 18th to the 26th of June, and focusing on Youth Engagement in the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.
