From the City of Mount Pearl website: Notice to Businesses/Residents – Possible Water Disruption The City wishes to notify businesses/residents listed in the areas below of a possible water disruption on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 due to construction activities on the Regional Water Main. Construction could result in water disruption between 9:00 pm and 5:00 am. Topsail Road #865 to 703 Greenwood Crescent Glover Brae Crescent Harlequin Crescent Goldeneye Place Gadwell Place Dunn’s Road Dunne’s Lane Water main disruptions can cause the following temporary changes in your water service: •low water pressure; •changes in water color or cloudiness (if this occurs, residents should run the cold-water tap in a bathtub or laundry tub until water runs clear); •slight change in taste and/or odor of the water. These conditions are normal during water main disruptions. The City will work diligently to ensure that the water service will be restored to normal as soon as possible. Should water discoloration persist, residents should contact the Citys Infrastructure and Public Works Department at 748-1016. The City appreciates the cooperation and understanding of its businesses / residents during this water main disruption.
