From the Dr. himself: Love and Logic really used to make me mad! We had a perfect system in the Fay household: My dad (Jim) would yell and threaten and then be too tired to really follow-through on any meaningful consequences. My mom (Shirley) would mope and lay a guilt trip and then be too tired to do much of anything else. Then they started Love and Logic! Awe man. They started talking really nice and showing that they cared and really holding us accountable. We tried everything to get them to re-embrace their old dysfunctional ways. My sisters and I tried arguing, crying, whining, and threatening to run away. No matter how nasty we got, they kept saying, We love you guys too much to argue. Now I like Love and Logic...and I absolutely adore my parents! ~ Charles Fay
