From the Graduation Committee Please, be informed that the photo Album is now ready. It costs us N143,000 to produced 100 copies including N1,000 used for staff photograph and N2,000 for launch while under going market survey. The total amount generated from our contribution is N218,500 in which 66 students paid N3,000 per member as stipulated, 5 students paid N2500, and 4 students pay N2,000 each respectively. We now have a closing balance of N75,500 and thereby each contributor has a balance N1,090 approximately. This committee therefore decided to once more request for additional N550 from every class member to enable us produce an average quality polo shirt that will be produce at the cost of N1,600. All payment should be made to Jibrin Zakari on or before this coming saturday as time is seriously against us. Do also enclose with your desired name that u want the producer to print at back of the shirt (E.g nickname or otherwise) as well as the shirt size ( I.e L,M, XL, XXL) for each individual class member. It should however be noted that, the committee is looking for every way possible to source funds for the send forth Dinner/party within and outside its disposal.
