From the Haddon Township Police: During the past several weeks the Haddon Township Police Department has taken numerous vehicle and shed burglary reports. When some of these report were taken several of the victims found bicycles on their property that did not belong to them. It is believed that some of these bikes were taken during other shed burglaries and left at other residences. Also we are in possession of a vehicle GPS unit and several phone chargers and adapters that were recovered from a suspect who was arrested on the morning of June 3, 2013. The suspect was committing vehicle burglaries in the area of Bradford Avenue and Fern Avenue. Some of these items recovered have yet to be reported as stolen. If you are a missing any of the described items, please contact the Haddon Township Police Department to file a report and set up a time to view any of the recovered property. You can call our dispatch center at (856) 854-0011 to have an officer respond to take a report if you were victimized and failed to report it. The Haddon Township Police Department would encourage residents to report ALL suspicious incidents, including vehicle burglaries IMMEDIATELY. The sooner we know what the thieves are up to, the sooner we can devise an altered patrol tactic to deal with it.
