From the NPS Website - Not sure if this is of interest to anybody with part breds Amnesty for the overstamping of ponies with a Part Bred passport Posted: 16 April 2014 Eligibility criteria remains basically the same with the exception that if there is parentage and up to three generations of pedigree acceptable for registration with the NPS that are currently registered only as Part Bred; then we will overstamp without incurring the added cost of having to register those eligible and not already registered. Progeny of the overstamped/registered ponies will then be eligible for entry in the Stud Book or Register. There would be a one off cost of £37.50 to members and £50 to non-members and the amnesty will last for two years only.
