From the NWS in Shreveport, La.: A very cold airmass remains in place across the region from an arctic boundary that moved through the region on Sunday night. An upper level disturbance will move closer to the region late tonight with light freezing rain or possibly mixed with sleet moving north and east from central Texas. Any ice accumulation is not expected to exceed one tenth of an inch. This could start as early as 3 am on Tuesday morning and continue to near noon on Tuesday. Please tune to your local Radio and TV for the latest in conditions and forecast. I will watch closely and send out updates as possible. Let me know if this office can be of any help to you.
