From the PR side, this week is ending on a high note. We thank the caring individual who advised us that imported pate de foie gras was on sale at a large retail outlet. On the same day that the NSPCA contacted the store, the product was removed from its shelves. The Manager phoned the NSPCA, thanking us for explaining exactly why this is a cruelly produced foodstuff. He gave an apology and undertook not to stock or sell it again. We wish that all retailers would respond the same way when we advise of items for sale are unethical for whatever reason. Have a great weekend, everyone. Chris K
