From the Pastor In todays Second Reading, the author of the Letter to the Hebrews writes about Abraham and his great faith. It was because of his faith that he and his wife Sarah were able to have a baby, even though they were both past the age of being able to give birth. The author reminds us that through faith, anything is possible. As we celebrate the Feast of the Holy Family, maybe we can also think of our own family. Do we show our family members the love, respect and dignity that is theirs as human beings? Can we somehow reach out and forgive family members who have hurt us? Through faith, the answer to these questions is a resounding YES! Let us all reach out to make our families truly holy today by loving one another with all the power of our Faith. May that faith grow in us each day through prayer and reading of Scripture. With the gift of faith from God, we can be holy! It is possible! In the Redeemer, Fr. Brian
