From the Senate Majority Leader comes the simpleton Republican question, Why would you want to raise taxes on anyone? Only a fool would fail to see that as it is, with the taxes having been lowered on the corporations and the wealthy and with over half of our revenues being spent on a blood sucking, war mongering Military Industrial Complex, our society which pays all of the taxes gets nothing in the way of value for what they pay. Our bridges are falling down. Our highways are crumbling. We have ceased to assist anything public and are paying private contractors to not do the things that the people they have replaced were hired to do. Our quality of life is falling. We are failing to maintain parity with other civilized nations. We are paying the wealthy more of our money in interest than we are paying toward the principal on the debt. The fascists are paying subsidies to the corporations while the people who pay the taxes do without. So long as Republicans are in control of the courts, the Senate and the House we will remain nothing more than sheep to be sheared for the benefit of the wealthy and the taxes for the wealthy will continue to be cut to lower and lower levels.
