From the Things I hate about Pa. file - After parallel parking perfectly 5 times in a row last night, in the dark at 9:30pm, my daughter, Maria Costanzi, this morning drove from Downingtown, through 4 construction zones, through Norristown, during rush hour to take her driving test for her licence. She was passed by tractor trailers doing 80, she passed old ladies doing 40. You should be handed your licence just for driving through Norrinstown. They failed her because she hit the curb during parallel parking, which is not illigal, not mentioned in the Pa. drivers handbook as illigal. She straightened the car and the inspector instructed her to head back. Her permit runs out soon. She will have to wait 6 more weeks to take the test again. Now my son, Dominick Costanzi will be spared this agony. We are going to pay for classes with the Intermediate Unit, no test required. Im allowed to buy my sons drivers licence, but my daughter has to wait a month and a half for her licence because she did nothing wrong. Hate it, Hate it, HATE IT!!!!!!!
