From the Watchman (Isaiah 62:6,7) Since our arrival last Monday, this will be our first Shabbat here on the training base of Return Ministry near Kitchener Ontario. Earlier this morning I was helping setting up tables and our best china set and cutlery was neatly laid out on the tables for the 20 or so guest we will receive later tonight, coming from the surrounding region. This is something that is dutifully done every Friday night at sun down, the beginning of Shabbat. But why do we do this, simply we are calling the church to its prophetic role in supporting Israel and the Jewish people. This begins by being aware of the various special days in the Jewish calendar. We as gentiles do not have to strictly follow these rituals but we are invited to participate in these convocations that our Lord Yeshua has set, and it is a blessing to participate in them.
