Consumers are increasingly wary of foods that have been genetically engineered by the same companies that brought us toxic pesticides, DDT, Agent Orange, dangerous pharmaceuticals and PCBs. Sales of organic foods are projected grow this year at twice the rate of conventional food sales, and exceed $35 billion in 2013...No amount of industry smoke and mirrors can change the fact that more and more people are looking at food with their eyes wide open."
