From the beginning, she and her fiancé agree that they will prepare for a non mixed Islamic wedding so that Allah bless their Nikah. on their wedding day, he accompanied her to the gathering of women where she will celebrate this special day in a non mixed party with her sisters in Islam. She remembered their engagement period before signing the ‘Aqd of Nikah. Back in those days, they agree that they will have Taqwah of Allah and do not across the limits Islam has put in the relationship between the engaged couple. They agree to not date each other as the other young couple does in the engagement period. When they were engaged, they made sure to never have khalwah (being alone) with each other unless there is a Mahram with them. He used to visit her and talk to her in the presence of her father so that they know one another better. He never tried to call her and talk to her privately as he wanted Allah to be pleased with them, to bless them and their relationship. He never tried to touch her hand because he knew that their engagement doesn’t turn him to a Mahram to her. but now after signing the ‘Aqd of Nikah, he became her Halal. She became his and he became hers. She smiled and held his hand so tight as if she was a little girl afraid of being lost. how sweet is the delight of Halal ♥
