From the last 24 hours: Break and Enter At 3:30 p.m., on July 12, 2014, two men entered the laundry room of an apartment building on Charlton Ave.E., near Ferguson. Once inside, one of the men made off with an undisclosed amount of change from the coin-operated laundry machines. At 11:00 p.m. on July 15, 2014, officers located the suspect at Wellington and Wilson St. He was arrested without incident and was found to be in possession of a crack pipe. The 25 year-old Hamilton man was charged with Break and Enter with Intent. Theft of Gas Hamilton police identified a suspect in relation to a theft of gas from a gas station on Hwy 8 on June 20, 2014. On July 15, 2014, a 23-year-old Grimsby man was charged with Theft Under. Stolen Van Located On July 10, 2014, the owner of a pet memorial company reported his company van stolen. In the van were the remains and cremated remains of over two dozen pets. As a result of its investigation, Hamilton Police located the vehicle this morning at 8:40 a.m., in an alley south of Cannon and east of Birch, with all of its contents. The investigation continues.
