From the page: Larry Hogan is trying clear cut this entire wooded area adjacent to historic Buckeystown and fill it with 161 single family and town homes. The local residents have raised many valid concerns. Youll see a number of their letters submitted to the BoCC and Planning Commission at the link to the Staff report below. I continue to be impressed at how the local residents become aware, involved, and vocal at these disruptive and misplaced developments. In fact, their arguments were so persuasive that the Planning Commission took the fairly unusual stance of forwarding no recommendation at all to the BoCC. Please consider adding your voice to your Buckeystown neighbors this Tuesday night.
