From the use of false flag attacks to the Civil contingencies act. A law of which was passed through the English courts under the radar of the main stream media and without political resistance after 9/11. Which allows any U.K. Government minister to call a state of national emergency. Under the act we can all be quarantined,stopped from moving around our own country, stopped from having political meetings, ( Protests ) Seizure and demolitions of our properties without compensation due to national security. Such a law could be a precursor or the foundations of a police state. I have been looking for a while what the UK have implemented as a result on the on going war on terror and what we the UK citizen may have lost in the way of civil liberties as we dont have a written constitution like America. I would think that agenda 21 which has also been activated within English law, would tie in or work in conjunction with The Civil contingencies act.
