From todays telecast - TM20140312 TODAYS MESSAGE Oluwamuyiwa Okuseinde : Draw me, we will run after thee: the king hath brought me into his chambers: we will be glad and rejoice in thee, we will remember thy love more than wine: the upright love thee (Song of Solomon 1:4). God desires to connect with you. The King of kings wants to draw you nearer and bring you into His chambers. God wants a personal relationship with every man He has made. He wants to talk to you personally. He wants to lead you personally. Remember that God made man for fellowship. Remember also that when He made man, He put a part of Himself in the man that He has made. Genesis 2:7 says that God breathed into man the breath of life. That breath is a part of God that He longs to reconnect with. That is why the Almighty God keeps taking the initiative, searching for man, stretching forth His hands all the day long that man may be reconciled to Him. Another reason why God desires to connect with you is that you may experience the higher life of His Kingdom. 2 Peter 1:4 says God has put everything in place that we may become partakers of His divine nature. But that would be impossible without a dynamic relationship between God and man. God wants you to experience the fullness of His Kingdom blessings. That is why Jesus came to give us abundant life by bringing us into a relationship with the Father. Again, God desires to connect with you in order to give you power to obey His commands. That power can only be available to you in His presence, and it grows as you nurture a meaningful relationship with Him. Jesus said we can do nothing apart from Him (John 15:5). It is only in vital connection with Him as the branches are to the vine that we can succeed in living lives that will satisfy Gods righteous ordinances. Finally, God desires to connect with you because He loves you. I want everyone of you reading this message to know for sure that God loves you so dearly. That love eventually drove Him to send His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ into the world to die for you and me so that our connection with God could be restored. Matthew 1:23 tells us that His name is Emmanuel, meaning God with us - God in vital connection with us. Friends, I want you to respond to the love of God right away. Let no tradition stop you. Let no religion, denominational systems or Pharisees and Sadducees come between you and God. Ignore every human opinion shielding God away from you. Break free right now from the chains of sin that hold you down.
