From what I know is that India has tested a H-Bomb in may 1998. An H-Bomb is 1000 times more powerful than conventional nuclear devices. But pakistan does not have an H-Bomb. This gives India an upper hand. But I discovered one thing that Pakistans Babur missile with a 500-700km range, is a nuclear-capable cruise missile comparable to the American Tomahawk. This has been developed to try and avoid radar detection. Again I might be called murkh shiromani but what I thought is that since it cannot be detected by a radar it would be difficult to send a neutraliser missile by India to knock the missile off. (This is not mentioned anywhere in any book or website it is a genuine thought which resulted from my curiosity.)
