Front Desk Manager (Exempt) Ensure efficient guest registration, check out and telephone service. Observe front desk agents as well as telephone operators and ensure that established procedures are completed in accordance with policy and procedure i.e. proper public relations techniques are utilized, guests are handled both courteously and professionally, proper identification and credit are established for all transactions. Responsible for hiring, training and directing all Front Office team members Front Desk Supervisor (FT) Be the face of the hotel! Create a great first impression as you greet and welcome guests upon arrival and allow them to leave with a smile as you wish them a fond farewell. The right candidate for this very important role will be friendly, outgoing, professional, have a positive demeanor and excellent communication skills. Front Desk Agent (FT) Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. Register guests into the computer, verifying reservation, address, and credit information. Promote the Starwood Preferred Guest Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members. Night Auditor (FT) The Night Audit Agent is responsible for the reconciliation and completion of all daily Desk Agents work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: posting balances to all guest rooms and closing out the days transactions. PBX Attendant (FT) The Telephone Operator will answer all calls promptly, using the guests name and following an established script. In this role, you will assist guests with voice mail and messages as well as follow wake-up call procedures to make sure every request is completed on time. PBX Supervisor (FT) Coordinate the operation of the telecommunications department within the budget and to meet objectives as set by the Front Office Manager and the hotel. Supervise, observe, evaluate, and train the telephone attendants. Fill in as an attendant as needed. Answer all calls using the guest’s name and an established script. Assist guests with voice mail and messages. Relief Bell Luggage Attendant & Overnight Bell Attendant (FT) The Bell/Luggage Attendant is responsible for providing a warm and friendly welcome, escorting our guests to and from their rooms and assisting them with luggage.
