Skills/Qualifications: Multitasking, flexibility, telephone skills, customer service, time management, organization, attention to detail, scheduling, insurance/billing, professionalism, quality focus Purpose of Job: Serves patients by greeting and helping them; scheduling appointments; maintaining records and accounts Duties: The position is flexible part-time (22-28 hrs per week), no weekends. Front desk responsibilities include: checking in/out patients, collections, billing/insurance, making appointments, filing, faxing, copying, answering phones, social media, and light housekeeping duties. Expectations include: professionalism, self-motivated, good energy, enjoy working with people, punctual and dependable, computer savvy, fast learner. Experience in the field of Chiropractic and/or Medical office work a plus but not necessary.
