Front squats are awesome and you should do more of them! I know some of you may shy away from these because it is sometimes hard to find the sweet spot where it is comfortable holding the barbell. However once you get it right you will love how much these strengthen your legs, postural muscles and abs. When you set up only your peace fingers should be holding the bar in position. Sit the bar on the top ridge of your shoulders pointing your elbows straight ahead. Break from the knees and hold your body tall. What are your thoughts? Love? Hate?
