Front squatting with a harness- Today I used this harness for the first time. Its very useful for those with shoulder issues. It also supports the weight in the front focusing on postural technique. I have a tendency to drop my elbows under the bar normally with my bung shoulder and all the weight pulls me forward. So this was a great support as I work on my technique and strength. Ive got 10 sets of really slow eccentric squats. Heres my warmup.
