Frosh Fest 2014!! The Class of 2018 had the opportunity to not only have the school all to themselves this afternoon, but also have the undivided atention of faculty and staff. After having lunch together and listening to a very entertaining motivational speaker, the 600+ Freshmen were divided into two groups, one will tour the school guided by their freshman seminar leaders (seen in the photos with the bright green shirts), while the other half attended a clubs ad organizations fair and viceversa. At the fair, Freshman students had the opportunity to explore and sign up for the numerous clubs, organizations and sports teams available to them at Oswego East. Students and sponsors presented what their organizations had to offer in very creative ways. From posters and audiovisual presentations to one on one conversations and even a mini-concert. The afternoon concluded with an energetic speech by our new principal Dr. Martens.
