Frustrated. Shadow priest has always been my main. Long story short, I started raiding for the first time with LFR during mid-tier on ToT, later joining a real raid team for SoO. Ended up leaving 8 months ago when that team fell apart, and I do Flex PuGs once in a while since then. Tonight I did my first normal PuG. Much like a lot of my experiences with Flex PuGs, I get/got a lot of shit for playing an spriest. I got booted (after killing Paragons with this group) after wipe #2 on Garrosh because of the fact I was bottom on the DPS totem pole. Wipe #1 I was third to last on DPS. Wipe #2, my DPS was worse because I spent more time popping defensive CDs more than I had to during the previous attempt. But I am frustrated that I, as a shadow priest, typically get fingers pointed at first. (I wonder where the fingers were for the other 4 out of 6 DPS who died before me). I was not allowed to offer any explanations, and its like these people dont look at current DPS rankings on Noxxic or wherever. But yet I see other shadow priest players get accepted into hardcore raiding guilds, so apparently they dont all get treated like shit, but most of my own experiences say otherwise.
