Frustrated....listening to eminent surgeon on Reef Lectures discussing life limiting illness.....saying that dying had become medicalised.....his solution is to ask patients their priorities.....excuse me but OTs have been doing that for years!! He says we need to ask patients what they understand about their condition and what are their goals for the future.....OT OT OT!! Odd that this is his enlightening solution...being patient centred....how novel!....GRR!!!
