Ftom StopTTIP pls sign and share: Dear all, The US-based organisation Sum of Us has launched an online petition on TTIP last week, with a specific focus on the dangerous investor-state dispute settlement mechanism (ISDS). The idea is to use the window of opportunity of the upcoming launch of the public consultation on ISDS announced by the European Commission to mobilise the public on the issue as well as more generally on the harmful impacts of the trade deal as a whole. LETS GIVE THE COMMISSION A CLEAR AND LOUD NO TO ISDS! It would be great to help the Sum Of Us folks to garner hundreds of thousands of signatures as the consultation is being run to make sure that the voices of individuals are recorded outside the consultation process. In any case, this petition action could be a significant addition to the various campaigning efforts that are currently taking place all around Europe and the US. Therefore, we think it is is very important to support, sign and promote this petition as widely as possible.
