FuN FiT tIpS- I know how expensive the gym can be for some of us, and I know that we all need the support system. So why not try to build your own neighborhood fitness watch, gather some of your neighbors and make a date at least twice a week for some work outs and talk about healthy recipes. so you have the best of some worlds, good work outs, eat eats and support system, saves you money & is also a good way to meet new friends. how sweet is that. till then toodles & #dare2getinspired.
