Fuel is so excited to welcome Danieille & Erin to our already fantastic team of trainers. Danielle will be heading up the NEW heated athletic flexibility class beginning SUNDAY MARCH 16TH @ 4pm. Erin will be coaching Fuels Portsmouth outdoor boot camps and Fuels TEEN program beginning March 11th. Erin is enthusiastic trainer from the Seacoast area who has been working in the health and medical industry for over 6 years. She became an ACSM Certified Trainer after graduating from the American Academy of Personal Training in 2009, and is currently enrolled at Integrative Nutrition to expand her knowledge as a Health Coach. The importance of maintaining a wellness lifestyle with proper movement is a daily mission for Erin as a chiropractic assistant. Helping others to move better and enjoy physical activities is just one of her many passions. She has trained clients 1-on-1 to meet personal goals, worked with groups of athletes to improve strength and endurance in preparation for their sports season, as well as instructed boxing, bootcamp, and circuit style classes. Growing up in a military family and participating in multiple sports has influenced Erin’s style of training in both her personal life and career. She enjoys staying fit with her own activities of playing rugby, Thai boxing, soccer, an occasional road race or obstacle course, and a refreshing hike to name a few. Danielle began her yogic journey in 2009 looking for something to keep her body in physical shape after playing soccer collegiately for 4 years. She began solely practicing Ashtanga for 1 year and soon found that what she had been looking for physically had evolved into an internal transformation. She has continued her journey in finding balance through all types of yoga and received her 200 hr RYT training certificate 2011 under Master yogis Jen Ryan, Greg McGowan and Nicole Grant. Danielle is an Under Armour Ambassador inspiring women globally to reach their personal goals instilling the belief that the body and mind are truly our biggest tools. Danielle has developed a class for athletes to recover on their off days, her class will consist of stretches and ALINEment based poses to help stretch the muscles as well as give each student an understanding of their own body. Transitioning through each pose through vinyasas, Danielle will lead you through an hour long class leaving you feel stretched and energized to start off the week.
