Fulfillment eradicates the void within us and the longing for worldliness, creating space for eternity to over flow our hearts. To such Jesus pronounced the benediction that “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled” (Matthew 5:6). Fulfillment comes by emptying ourselves to Nothing. Nothingness is a state of nonexistent (dying to self) and humility. The more we empty ourselves of the corrupt desires the more He fills us. My prayer is that: “Lord, bring me to that place I can say ‘I have Nothing to Prove, Nothing to Lose and Nothing to Hide’ in life.” Nothing to prove is a state of deep security in God, Nothing to lose is a state of absolute surrender to God and Nothing to hide is a state of transparency and integrity before God.
