Full Body Workout At Home There are many reasons why someone chooses not to join a gym. BUT There are ZERO reasons to not be fit and healthy! So push those excuses to the curb and get your ‘fit’ on with this simple effective fat burning workout. There are 7 exercises. Perform each exercise for 40 seconds and then have a 20 second rest. After performing all 7 exercises, rest for 1 minute, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds. 1. Skipping – Doubles if you can 2. Jump Squat – Squat low / Jump high 3. Curtsy Lunges –Foot goes diagonally behind you, while keeping other foot straight ahead perform a lunge. Rise knee to the side as you come back up. Don’t forget to do both legs . 4. Walking Lunges – Low low low. 5. Wide Press ups – If you can’t do full press ups, pop knees on the ground. 6. Narrow Press ups 7. Plank – Try to make your back and butt flat like a plank. You’ll be pumped after this! Cool down with a walk and a stretch then hi the showers :-)
