This is a business milestone for a fast growing, Southern Idaho based company. Located in Murtaugh, Key Ag Distributors manufactures and distributes specialty agriculture inputs. We are well diversified in crops, livestock, forage production, and seed distribution, amongst other things. Our markets span North America and overseas. Key Ag Distributors is family owned and driven by a group of highly progressive people with a passion for what they do. Key Ag Distributors seeks a full-time Business Manager to assist in the following; overseeing the daily operations, planning and administration, CRM, HR management, marketing and public relations, and production and quality control. We are looking for someone who can assist a fast growing company in the development of our internal business process. The Business Manager position is offered as a developmental position within the company. As the company grows and evolves the Business Manager’s responsibly will grow and evolve with the business. Those with an entrepreneurial spirit will be well rewarded in this position. The qualified candidate will have an understanding of bookkeeping, accounting and the impact of transactions on the overall financial picture; have strong interpersonal skills to work with the management team; and have relentless attention to detail and exceptional organization and time-management practices. The candidate must also possess a very strong aptitude for project completeness. A master’s degree in business management and a background in agriculture are optimal however NOT required for this position.
