Responsible for renting up vacated apartments, coordinates move-ins and move-outs, including apartment preparations, maintains written marketing materials, advertisements, and website. Completes resident interviews, Also facilitates customer and visitor concerns and issues. Involves light recordkeeping. Previous experience in geriatric apartment renting, basic office skills, and direct customer service is needed; preferably with a degree in Business and/or Marketing.
