Full Time Vacancy - Clever Bookers Ltd is a family run firm based in The Chambers in Gt Harwood. Due to continued growth we have a vacancy for a Full-Time Tele-Appointer/Diary Manager. The position does not involve cold calling. The roll of the appointer would be to respond to clients who have responded to our National adverts enquiring about hearing aids in the private sector. The tele-appointer would then call the client and offer them a free no obligation hearing assessment with one of our Nationwide Audiologists. The candidate for the position does not need to have had previous telephone experience as full training is provided. However you must have an excellent telephone manner, be well organised, and be able to work under pressure daily as well as being target driven. You must also be able to provide references. In return we offer an excellent working environment in our newly furnished offices, family friendly atmosphere, and regular incentives. The salary is a basic wage paid monthly and a further monthly wage for commissions. Salary including commissions is £19,000-£23000p/a. Hours on the position are Mon,Wed,Thur 8:30am-4:30pm Tuesday 9am-7pm and an earlier finish on a Friday 8:30am-4pm.
