Full prosecution for Bolton man that hit dog in the face repeatedly for refusing to walk! CCTV footage of the moment in which a yob kicks a dog in the face several times have been released by the RSPCA in an effort to catch the man who did this. The man is seen pounding the mastiff or boxer-cross type dog and grabbing it roughly around the mouth. Neighbours heard the dog’s ‘reaction’ and later checked their security cameras, to find out what had happened. According to them, the incident occurred on November 18th near the Watermead Works on Slater Lane, Bolton, at around 4.30 in the afternoon. Here is what the RSPCA had to say: “We are very worried about the dog’s condition and care and preoccupied about what can happen ‘behind close doors”. ‘If this man is capable of action this way in a public place, then how will he treat his dog at home, for instance?’ The man can be seen wearing a dark jacket with a hood and blue jeans; he also seems to have short, light brown hair; the dog might be brindle, with white feet; I am too worried about the welfare of this dog. By starting this petition I DEMAND that once this man is caught, he must be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, in addition to a hefty ban on owning animals.
