Full time Sales/Customer Service Representative (Corona,CA) jobs@hexisusa 13.00 per hour during probation. Increase in hourly wage plus commission after. Please note that this position is for Full time Monday through Friday 8am-5pm 40 hours per week Benefits after 90 days. No overtime. Job Purpose The primary function is to manage day to day customer/orders to provide total customer satisfaction through all communication channels i.e. phone, fax, and email Principle Responsibilities *To provide an inbound customer response service via the telephone, e-mail, fax and the web * Proactive key account management to promote the service and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction leading to repeat orders -- this position includes outbound calling. *Outbound calls to contact new customers or provide marketing materials and information on current promotions. * Liaising with others within the Sales Dept. ensure all appropriate data and customer related information is accurate. * Encouraging and converting customers to order electronically. * Carrying out any other associated tasks deemed necessary by Management. While working under pressure the candidate should be able to manage their own workflow and that of those individuals helping them with associated tasks. This involves keeping a sense of perspective (and humour) and a close working relationship with the rest of the team. At the same time they should ensure they maintain their attention to detail, crucial in helping control their time management as well as customer satisfaction. This candidate will enter as primarily customer service while the product is being learned. There is extensive product knowledge needed in order to sell effectively. Once Probation and training is complete then the candidate will ideally be given a sales territory while helping the sales team to enter incoming orders from all sales areas.
