Full time at Bluetongue Stadium, and Central Coast Mariners have - TopicsExpress

Full time at Bluetongue Stadium, and Central Coast Mariners have ended a four match losing streak as they defeated Sydney FC 2-1 to move into 5th place. Richard Garcia equalised for the visitors just after the hour mark with a nice finish from a close range but acute angle. However, it would be Mitchell Duke who would win the game for the Mariners after he finished off a Mile Sterjovski pass as he blasted past Vedran Janjetovic. Much relief for Phil Moss team as they stop the rot with a much needed win, while Sydney FC have their winning streak of two ended. Kick off shortly at AAMI Park for the Melbourne Derby. Meanwhile we have plenty of sport elsewhere, with Australia batting at Sahara Park in Newlands, and are 0/9 after 2 overs against South Africa as they look to win the three match series and move to No.2 on the ICC Test rankings, with Chris Rogers on 8 and Dave Warner on 1. They have also just kicked off at ANZ Stadium as the Waratahs and Reds clash in Super Rugby. Will keep you updated throughout the night on these two matches.....
