Fun fact Monday! (Animal edition). Post some fun fact about a current or former animal in your life. Mine: I once rescued a sparrow that somehow got into my car and up / under the dashboard. He was too dazed to fly and kept trembling in the open box in which he rested, so I cupped him in my hand and he settled right down. I was exhausted--this was college, and Id pulled a late night at a tech rehearsal--so I sat on the ground, leaned my head against a tree, and napped with a sparrow napping also in my hand. About two hours later, he moved and chirped a bit, so I opened my hand and he flew away. :) Waco residents: this was beside the Armstrong - Browning Library at Baylor.
