Fun fact: The funny thing about licences is, they transform - TopicsExpress

Fun fact: The funny thing about licences is, they transform inalienable rights into a privilege, to which the State (the corporate fictitious entity, not The People) may issue and deprive at its own discretion, and without consent (tyranny). Lets see here, we got a business license, drivers license, marriage license, hunting license, fishing license, salon license, boxing license, gun license... I think theres a license, permit and a fee for just about everything we do now, doesnt sound very land of the free to me. Thats because it isnt, by definition. Another fun fact: Licenses are unconstitutional, that one is also, by definition. Thats right, the DMV, Fish and Game, BAR association and other state-oriented organizations are breaking numerous fraud, racketeering and monopolization laws to impose these licenses. But is not having a license a crime? Well, by constitutional law and definitions, if theres no real victim, there can be no crime. Yessir or maam, all victimless crimes are unconstitutional, but they are enforced to generate revenue for the state, regardless of their constitutionality, or utter lack thereof. These organizations like to say they are enforcing law, but by definition, the statutory declarations they are enforcing are not law. And unfortunately for these organizations, there are a plethora of supreme court cases (Marbury v Madison, Bonnett v Vallier, Shapiro v Thompson, Sherar v Cullen, Routh v Quinn, Collins v Thomas, and much more) which confirm this drivel Im spouting. Oh, and in case you were wondering, prior to 1942, the only people who needed licenses for the roads (before it was fraudulently enforced on everyone) were DRIVERS - Taxi drivers, truck drivers, limo drivers, ect. A driver is a commercial profession, not to be confused with someone who is operating their vehicle privately without compensation or profit, which is a TRAVELER.
