Fun on set with the weekend crew... And your weather outlook: A weak cold front passed to our north over the weekend, which was good news for giving us a SHORT break from the thick vog. The light trade winds took over Sunday and will last into Monday morning and then back to variable winds by Monday evening into Tuesday. Longer term, a stronger front is anticipated to reach the islands late next week. This one could bring heavy rain and a round of GUSTY winds. At the beach, a High Surf Advisory remains posted until 4 a.m. Monday. Surf is expected to rise with a new swell Saturday and Sunday. Theres still a chance of warning-level surf from a huge west-northwest swell arriving Tuesday night into Wednesday. Stay tuned... it could be contest-worthy.
