Fun with Comcast Part III: called to cancel, told to call other number... Which turns out to be the same number; told by rep... Thats another department and that she couldnt transfer me. I called same number, same result; you cant speak with the retention department except by knowing the Zelda game code-esque sequence to get there. Unfortunately no saved game is allowed, you have to keep calling and keep trying, 20 minutes hold time average a shot. Please do yourselves a favor and cancel this horrible service. Anything else has to be better statistically.
