Functional Analysis is like mapping a graduate level course back - TopicsExpress

Functional Analysis is like mapping a graduate level course back into an undergraduate one. Haha. One of the biggest themes of intro functional analysis is that certain spaces of functions can more-or-less be mapped back to the euclidean geometric space, so that instead of working with complicated functions within proofs, youre abstracting out those functional details and simply working with geometry. I knew this from real analysis, but its starting to sink in that it is a major theme.
