Functional Consultant Job Description Main Duties : Conduct pre-sales activities, solution assessment & presentation; provide data to sales team for proposal submission. Adopt & learn existing customer business process & SAP B1/ ERP configuration, and handle application support request from customer. Troubleshoot & solve issue, provide solution for an inquiry, or give guidance for questions. Conduct user requirement analysis for custom add-on or report development; provide documented requirement specification to technical team. Customizing forms and develop reports using Crystal Reports. Requirement : Have solid understanding of Finance operation and controlling, preferred in manufacturing industry business process (e.g production cost accounting, inventory transaction, MRP). Possess a working knowledge with MS-SQL database query, stored procedure, and Crystal Report Business Reporting tools. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Required skill(s): SAP Business One. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
