Fundraiser set for families of bus crash victims A fundraiser is planned from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday in Gainesville to benefit the families of victims of the recent bus crash involving the North Central Texas College softball team. The fundraiser will be at CiCi’s Pizza, 920 E. U.S. Highway 82 in Gainesville. Proceeds from the event will benefit the NCTC Softball Benefit Fund and the NCTC Angels in the Infield Scholarship, according to a news release. CiCi’s will accept additional donations at the restaurant for NCTC, the news release states. For more information or to donate, visit nctc.edu.
