Funny. I recently read an article recently. It said and I quote .. fibromyalgia is a deconditioning condition/disease... wow PhD my ass... #1 I went from 308 lbs down to 173 lbs. Then I got fibromyalgia. I was more active when I got it than ever in my life. Then. After my son. 3 bulging discs and a hairline fx on the back portion of my hip. Three years of leg pain until my disc ruptured. Chronic hip pain thats going to last forever Im sure. Then the fibro took a turn and now I have back hands feet. And leg involvement. My arms are the only thing that this disease hasnt crippled yet. Ive been active my whole life. Even now. When Im not at work I spend 4-5 hrs scrubbing my house. Then running after my kids. Maybe some people layed around til there bodies fell apart but I certainly didnt. And its ignorant of a DR to make uneducated statements just because he has a PhD . My my....are people stupid.
